Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jlll1 platform — whether through the website at jlll1.vu, the mobile browser version, or the jlll1 app — and by creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or continue using the platform. jlll1 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility

To register and use jlll1, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines when accessing the platform.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on jlll1 or have an account under active suspension.
• You must be registering on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

jlll1 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed may be suspended pending verification.

Account Registration and Security

Each person may hold only one active account on jlll1. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different email addresses, mobile numbers, or names belonging to the same individual — are not permitted.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth, or contact information — is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. jlll1 recommends using a strong, unique password and keeping OTP login verification active. Never share your username, password, or OTP codes with anyone. jlll1 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Before your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID. The name on the ID must match your registered account details.

Deposits and Payments

All deposits on jlll1 are made in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Supported deposit channels include Philippine bank transfers, local online and mobile banking, and supported e-wallets where available on the platform. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. jlll1 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from an account not belonging to the registered player may be reversed and the account reviewed.

jlll1 does not charge fees on deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. jlll1 is not responsible for fees applied by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso to your nominated payment channel. KYC identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment account registered in your own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed.

Bonus funds are only withdrawable once the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Your real-money balance is generally available for withdrawal, subject to any conditions applicable to active bonuses on your account. jlll1 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing timelines vary by payment channel and are outlined in the Withdrawal section of the platform.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional offers made available on jlll1 are subject to individual promotion terms. These terms include — but are not limited to — wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus play.

Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balance and are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements are met. jlll1 does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific promotion. Promotions may be withdrawn, amended, or suspended at any time without prior notice.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, exploitation of wagering patterns to guarantee profit, or collusion — will result in cancellation of the bonus, potential forfeiture of related winnings, and account suspension.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlll1 platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or glitches in games or platform systems.
• Collusion with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Fraudulent deposits, chargebacks, or disputed transactions.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions or bonus limits.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person.

jlll1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts where prohibited conduct is identified. In cases of confirmed fraud, jlll1 may withhold account balances and report the matter to relevant authorities.

Responsible Gaming

jlll1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Online gaming is a form of entertainment — outcomes are random, and no strategy can guarantee a profit or guarantee that losses will not occur. Players are encouraged to treat gaming as entertainment and to set personal limits before each session.

jlll1 provides deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options to all account holders. Self-exclusion can be applied for defined periods or indefinitely. Players who self-exclude will not be able to access the platform or receive promotional communications for the duration of the exclusion period.

Account Suspension and Termination

jlll1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Confirmed fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering.
• Account found to belong to a player who does not meet eligibility requirements.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.
• Account inactivity for an extended period as defined in jlll1's inactivity policy.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting jlll1 support. Any remaining real-money balance in a closed account will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment channel, subject to standard withdrawal terms and completed KYC verification.

Amendments to These Terms

jlll1 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be notified to registered players through the platform. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available on this page at jlll1.vu/terms-conditions.

Continued use of the jlll1 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a material change to the terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
